Cole Tashjian ’25 got down to business this summer! At Oberlin, he is an economics major, with minors in computer science and mathematics and a concentration in data science. He is also on the men's varsity lacrosse team. Over the summer, he was a fixed-income trading intern at Invesco. He shadowed various traders and provided analytics and insights to his team.
“Oberlin provides the emphasis on the creative thinking, problem solving component of liberal arts whilst embracing alternative routes toward finance with specific Wall Street programs like the Ashby Business Scholars,” he says, reflecting on his Oberlin experience.
