From a young age, Edan Lepucki ’02 (@edanlepucki) knew she was going to be a writer. She majored in English and creative writing at Oberlin, and has since published three books, her first being a New York Times best seller, and her latest making the long list for the 2024 Joyce Carol Oates Prize. Her general writing philosophy has roots in Oberlin: “I’ve always wanted to remain engaged in the wider world and to do something that matters. That comes from having gone to Oberlin.” ‘Time’s Mouth’ was released in paperback today, August 6.
