Applause, applause! Eighteen Obies have been awarded Fulbright grants so far for the 2024-2025 academic year, breaking Oberlin's previous record of honorees in a year. Twelve Fulbrighters will serve as English Teaching Assistants and six will pursue graduate study and research projects abroad, across eight countries, including Germany, Taiwan, and Paraguay. If you’re a rising or graduating senior interested in Fulbright, connect with Fellowships & Awards to learn more about pursuing research or an arts project, obtaining a graduate degree, or teaching English in a foreign country of your choice following graduation at the #linkinbio.
