September is National Suicide Prevention Month.   Ithaca Beer Co. wants to join the #RealConvo. “Together, we want you to know that you don't need special training to have an open, authentic conversation about mental health,” says Karen Heisig, Area Director of the Greater Central NY Chapter of the AFSP. "The reality is that help is always available, and that by becoming comfortable having a conversation (#RealConvo) about mental health, you can increase the chances that the people in your life will feel comfortable, too."   This year, Ithaca Beer Co. is a sponsor of the Greater Ithaca Community Walk.
