I’m convinced the majority of people skip the warmup because they think they don’t have time. But then they feel like 💩 in the workout! I take 45 min to warmup for a workout (sometimes more!) which I realize might be overkill for some of yall who have real jobs and kids etc… so feel free to make this your own, but I posted my entire warmup routine on YouTube so you can at least have somewhere to start.
