Community centers across San José host a variety of leisure classes for youth and older adults, summer and seasonal camps, therapeutic services, fitness classes, afterschool programs, holiday celebrations, and plenty of special events. As part of our ActivateSJ mission to build healthy communities that inspire belonging, the Recreation Division offers plenty of opportunities to connect and play. Our citywide scholarships help ensure that our residents and their families can access these programs regardless of income level.
