#ad Cooking for myself and others has taken me around the world, across oceans, up and over mountains and ultimately into a deeply satisfying relationship with food. The adventure it turns out, has been the exposure food has brought me and not necessarily the act of cooking itself, although that can get spicy too. It was an honor to be the Chef for the @toyotausa #landcruiser Return From the Ridge adventure and the team even made a short film capturing the adventure. I watched this short film and it makes me emotional and very proud to be a food storyteller and Chef. It also provides insight and perspective to step back and see the dedication, passion and commitment to best effort so foundational to a big event like this from all partners involved.
