Breakfast in Mexico is always such a magical experience, and this trip to Cabo was no different. My mornings at HyattZivaCabos were pure bliss, whether I was in their club lounge, enjoying the buffet, or sitting in their breakfast restaurant. Every day started with a warm cup of café de olla—it’s the perfect way to ease into the morning. Their tableside chilaquiles were incredible, the huevos rancheros perfectly spiced, and the made-to-order huevos divorciados were so fresh and flavorful. I’m usually not much of a sweet’s person in the morning, but their French toast was out of this world—soft, indulgent, and almost dessert-like. And their assortment of pan dulce? Not only beautiful but absolutely delicious. I’m really going to miss waking up to fresh jugo verde (green juice) and mimosas every morning. #HyattZivaLosCabos #JBVMexico2025
