As most of you know I have been making a point to get up on the hill as often as possible, even if I only have time for one run! Now that I live a little further away, that means a lot of shuttling back and forth to the resort. I’ve always owned Subarus because they handle so well in the snow and the subaru_usa Solterra is no exception. While there’s a lot to like about the Solterra, this winter I am LOVING the heated seats/steering wheel feature and the fact that I can start my car + set the climate control settings all from an app on my phone. No longer any need to trudge out in the cold 15 mins early to get things started! Truly a gamechanger. And I have to say, it warms inside up SO much faster than any car I’ve ever owned before. I was a little nervous about how an EV would hold up to the winter cold but I have been pleasantly surprised by how well this car does!
