boisewithkids and I headed in this week for a fantastic brunch at Meridian’s antiguacoffeecompany. I’ve been a huge fan since they opened in 2020. And the family that owns and runs it is just lovely. They offer authentic Guatemalan and Latin American food unlike anything we’ve found in the Treasure Valley. My husband lived in Guatemala for a while and we traveled there together and I can say it is as authentic as I’ve ever had in the states. Go for the Pupusas and Antigua Breakfast. 🤤 And the fresh pastries. Full coffee bar and fresh teas. Tell them Hello Meridian sent you!
