you really can’t go wrong with this dessert 🍫 vegan chocolate lava cake with a gooey molten center I was definitely always intimidated by lava cakes…it seemed like so much could go wrong and I always thought they were difficult to make. But this recipe is really so simple. The cake is rich, fudgy and moist. The center always comes out perfectly molten. It’s just so good…and you wouldn’t even know that’s it’s vegan & dairy free.
