There was a time when two people on opposite sides of the political aisle could sit down and have a healthy discussion about their opposing viewpoints. Nowadays, you’re called every slur in the book for believing what you do. There’s a massive misconception in my hometown that I am one of the most hateful people ever because I stand firm on my beliefs. I’m not hateful, but some people don’t like to be met with facts, and their hardened hearts and narrow minds won’t allow them to think for themselves. Therefore, I must be hateful. It's bogus. Let’s start having healthy debates again!
