The result was especially satisfying given a few extenuating circumstances surrounding today’s meet, according to Burns-Trahanovsky. “I’m currently only diving feet first because I injured my thumb,” Burns-Trahanovsky said. Coach Jeff Rudy was surprised when Burns-Trahanovksy was cleared to compete in the competition.
