Between the massive cranes, construction projects and the hubbub of activity, it's hard to miss Des Moines International Airport. But, just in case, the airport is erecting a sign with 20-foot-tall letters representing its assigned airport code: DSM. It's one of many projects dsmairport is currently juggling. Construction of a new parking garage connected to the existing parking facility will wrap up this year.
