Well, it happened to us. @ollie was wonderful when Greta developed an allergy to lamb. They sent us a replacement shipment of chicken meals for the remainder of the month, and told us to donate the lamb ones! Our girl loves chicken, so no problem there. Greta slowed down eating the last week, and then today refused to touch her Ollie meal at all. She didn’t seem to have much energy, and didn’t want any treats other than her chicken hearts. This is so unlike her, that as a #dogmom I started to get really worried. We called her vet, and ruled out a bunch of health problems with a quick trip. When we got home we tried a sample bag of food from a different brand, and Greta devoured it! So we called Ollie, and they informed us they had, in fact, changed their recipe a bit between January and February’s shipments. Some dogs are really loving it! Our girl isn’t one of them. They offered to send a shipment of Turkey meals to try right away. We will be home-cooking for her in the meantime...
