Merry Christmas Eve Eve! In the spirit of the holdiays I wanted to show off some photos of a Murphy family tradition—The plethora of unique ornaments on our Christmas tree. My mom has been doing this tradition of getting new ornaments since my brother and I were born and we add at least one new one every year (but more like 10 most years—she gets carried away). They usually represent something that we did, something that happened that year, or something our family loves. Sometimes it’s a family trip (Ireland in 2019), sometimes it’s just our favorite boardwalk pizza (will still always call it Mack & Manco), or just the sports teams we root for (Let’s see the birds run it back this year!). We even put one up of my mom’s first published book that came out this year, Jackie and the Mona Lisa! There are too many good ones to count, but these are shots of some of my favorites.
