#shotdeckrecreations Recreated a shot from Creed (2015) for my first submission to the @shotdeck shot recreation contest! We went to the actual exact location of the shot in North Philly they used in the movie for this scene, which was somewhat difficult to find because it is a few blocks from the given shooting location online and the area has changed quite a bit since they filmed the movie (as you can see in the pic)! Thankfully we showed a passing local this shot and she knew exactly where it was down to the address just by looking at the door, which was insanely awesome. After that, we drove over to Front Street Gym and started setting up the shot. Being a sunny day, we didn’t have too much control over the light so we went with natural lighting for the shot and focused more on getting the angles and staging right.
