#shotdeckrecreations My next shot recreation for @shotdeck is from Silver Linings Playbook (2012). I love this film and am a known big fan of Bradley Cooper (a fellow Philly guy!), so I was ecstatic that Shot Deck had it in its database. The film is set all around Philadelphia and there is so much Philly pride in the film, so it was a natural pick. Be on the lookout for more shots from this film from me soon! One thing I love about this film is the closeup shots that really showcase the actors’ emotions, the performances really being the highlight of this film. I’m not much of an actor, but I did my best to mimic the forlorn look Cooper has in the scene (and shoutout to @gmurphy3 for standing in as the mom even though let’s say it’s not an exact cast!) For this shot, we couldn’t find an exact shooting location and the scene itself is set in a car so the backdrop isn’t prominent.
