A former Tuscaloosa City Schools bus driver was arrested this morning. Tuscaloosa Police confirmed 74-year-old Samuel L. Jones was seen on bus surveillance footage striking a 17-year-old non-verbal female student with his belt and hand as the student remained in her seat belt.
