Instant Chia Pudding 🥣
Our fave breakfast recipe with 50g of protein 💪🏼 and bonus there is no waiting hours for it to set, this version is done in less than 2 minutes!
So easy to make and is high in protein and fiber, so will keep you full for hours!
With the toppings this has 52g of protein!
What you need:
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup very hot water
- 3/4 cup plain or vanilla greek yogurt
- 1 serving promix vanilla whey protein
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp honey
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
How to:
- Add chia seeds and hot water to a bowl
- Mix for about 30 seconds until the chia seeds gel up
- Stir in Greek yogurt and protein powder until smooth
- Add toppings and enjoy!
