Happy Black History Month! ✊🏿While we will always honor our history, we recognize that history is still being made today and everyday. Black people drive global culture. Innovation, fashion, music, language, art, sport - our DNA is in it all (soccer included). And, there’s a new class of athletes, creatives, celebrities, coaches, owners, and executives that are elevating soccer in Black culture. That’s why this Black History Month, we’ll be spotlighting a few of those Culture Shifters weekly. Black people always have been and will continue to be foundational to the growth of the game.
