This past weekend, greenpeace.southasia unfurled an exciting banner in the heart of Colombo to celebrate the commitment of the leadership of South Asian countries to #ProtectTheOceans.⁣ Recently, Sri Lanka's Cabinet of Ministers approved signing of the High Seas Treaty marking another milestone in the journey to get the Treaty ratified across the globe. Bangladesh and Maldives have already ratified the Treaty, while India and Nepal have signed it.⁣ This shows commitment to creating waves of change for ocean protection in South Asia.
