A ribbon-cutting ceremony took place Friday at Indian Hills in Tuscaloosa to celebrate the completion of the Hwy. 82 road project. It's been going on for more than two years. The U.S. 82 road project ran from State Road 69 South to Rice Mine Rd. It is also the first of four road projects to be completed under the Rebuild Alabama Act.
