I’ve partnered again with icelandicprovisions or this hi-protein, plant-based recipe! I saw my friend My make these hi-protein, 3-ingredient bagels a few days ago and knew I had to try them with icelandicprovision’s Plain Oatmilk Skyr. And they taste DELICIOUS. The recipe is 1 to 1.5 cup flour, 2 tsp baking powder, and 1 cup of Oatmilk Skyr. That’s it!!!
With 16 grams of plant-based protein, low in sugar, no artificial flavors, colors, sweeteners or preservatives, it’s sort of a no brainer for anyone trying to up their protein game. Unlike other plant-based yogurts, there are no gums or starches! Whoohoo!! And not surprisingly, these amazing hi-protein bagels came out PERFECT.
