Consistency is really key for me. The “one day at a time” mentality has helped me stay consistent. While still keeping the bigger picture in the back of my mind, I focus on tackling one day at a time and accomplishing smaller tasks.

A big goal can be overwhelming. Especially when it doesn’t happen overnight and the motivation dwindles down. The best feeling is when you get past the gym feeling like a dreadful chore by and having it turn into something you look forward to. That will happen when you: LOCK IN🔒
