Happy National Women and Girls in Sports Day! I have been in sports for over 30 years now and have gained more confidence, as well as more love and understanding of myself every single day because of it. Being able to challenge myself and accomplish physical and mental feats I never deemed possible was vital to discovering my self worth. I’m so lucky I still get to do it to this day.
