Struggling to keep your back from rounding at the start of a deadlift? Here’s a game-changer: elevate the bar by placing it on plates or blocks. 💡 Reducing the range of motion allows you to focus on maintaining proper spinal alignment while building strength in the top portion of the lift. Over time, as your mobility and strength improve, you can gradually work back to pulling from the floor with perfect form. Note: Some rounding *can* be natural and isn’t necessarily dangerous. Form varies slightly from person to person. However, shooting for a flat back/neutral spine is the way to go. Your back will thank you later! 🙌 💪 #DeadliftTips #StrengthTraining #Strength #backpain #physicaltherapy
