Deputies with the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station were patrolling in #Saugus when they observed a vehicle in violation of several vehicle codes relating to proper lighting equipment at night. A simple traffic stop to educate, warn, and advise the driver turned into the driver being detained for possession of narcotics and metal knuckles. The suspect was arrested, his vehicle was towed, and he was transported to scvsheriff station where was booked and released on citation to appear in court this week.
