𝕎𝕖 𝕒𝕣𝕖 𝕤𝕠 𝕖𝕩𝕔𝕚𝕥𝕖𝕕 𝕥𝕠 𝕒𝕟𝕟𝕠𝕦𝕟𝕔𝕖 𝕠𝕦𝕣 𝕋ℝ𝕀𝔹𝔼 𝕃𝔼𝔸𝔻𝔼ℝ𝕊ℍ𝕀ℙ ℂ𝕆𝕌ℕℂ𝕀𝕃 𝟚𝟘𝟚𝟝!! Those who know our program are familiar with our unique culture and player-led program. The most integral piece of which is our commitment to allowing our entire Senior class serve as what most traditionally call “captains.” We have a strong philosophy that, as Seniors, these players have earned the right to lead their team, and have amassed the experience and skills to do so over the last 3 years. You see, each of our TLCs learns from those before, and by the time they are ready to take the reins of their Tribe, they will use the lessons learned from all the leadership styles of their teammates and now create their own unique stamp on the program. Bringing together different personalities (8 in this case) is obviously not without its challenges, and this group is no exception.
