My bestie took me to Noma Sushi in San Mateo and it was amazing! Such a small restaurant but such a wonderful local spot. 🍣 Sake (raw salmon) sashimi was amazing, super buttery. 🍶 They had cute lil small sake cups for my lightweights out there. 👉🏽 Tried the Noma Roll, one of their popular house rolls, and it was great! Also tried a bit of my friend’s Mini Negitoro Bowl and it was delish! 🥣 The Miso Soup was super flavorful - I love miso soup and I love when restaurants put a little but of extra care in it - this was one of those places! 🍡 The owners gave us dessert on the house since my friend is a frequent local - yummy mochi 😋 Overall, great restauraunt for small parties looking to grab quality sushi with prompt service at a friendly local spot.
