NOW ON VIEW: Carmen Winant’s "My Mother and Eye" transforms jcdecauxna bus shelters across New York City, Chicago, and Boston into a cinematic journey through time. Using hundreds of stills from road trips taken decades apart—one by Winant’s mother in 1969, the other by Winant herself in 2001—this exhibition weaves together intergenerational narratives of travel, self-discovery, and freedom.
"Carmen Winant: My Mother and Eye" is curated by Public Art Fund Senior Curator Melanie Kress. The exhibition is on view through April 6.
