Today at TanenbaumCHAT, many of our students had the privilege of hearing from Gil Troy. Gil is a distinguished American history professor at McGill University, an author, journalist, and staunch Zionist. In the morning, he spoke to our Grade 12 students about anti-Zionism and antisemitism on college campuses. At lunch, he met with members of our student Israel Council to discuss Israel–North America relations. Gil wrapped up his TanenbaumCHAT visit with an interactive small-group session alongside professionals from hillelontario, focusing on Israel advocacy.
