The new owner of Darcelle XV’s Showplace — whose identity was kept under wraps since the announcement of the club’s sale two months ago — was revealed on the drag venue’s Facebook page this week. It’s Jeremy Corvus-Peck, a U.S. Air Force veteran, business owner and longtime drag performer. “Jeremey brings decades of business experience and also his own drag career of 30 years,” the venue wrote on Facebook. “His goal to honor the history of the club while moving us forward with innovation and creativity is highly anticipated by the current cast and crew.
