The 2024 Bow Seat Ocean Awareness Contest invited young artists to explore the theme, “Tell Your Climate Story,” through handcrafted art transforming personal experiences and urgent realities into powerful visual narratives. From today’s 10 featured works, Seungah Chung’s Unsafe Zone captures the chaos of LA’s worsening floods and landslides, while Hongbi Cho’s Anxious for the Future reflects on climate anxiety and the urgent need for action. Their works, along with many others, turn personal fears into bold statements on our changing world.
