A little throwback to when I had the honor of shooting Defy Dance Company’s showcase last year! 🖤 With #NGWSD being yesterday, I took time to reflect on one of my first passions- dance. While I was dancing for twelve years, I always considered myself to be an athlete. Dance is truly beautiful, combining elements of athleticism and art. All of these lovely ladies should be recognized as athletes for their strength, passion and dedication.🫶🏼
