In honor of Black History Month, we will be shining a spotlight on Black Excellence connected to us and the DMV. Up first, Howard University Women’s Soccer! This year the Bison had a historic season ending with their first-ever NEC Championship Title! 👏👏🏆   “This season has been an extraordinary year for our program!  To be the first HBCU women’s soccer program to win both the regular season and conference tournament championships in a predominantly white conference has not just made this year’s achievements special but transcendent!  In result, my hope is that what we accomplished can be inspirational and show there are no limits to what you can achieve!  GO BISON!!”  - Brent Leiba, Head Women’s Soccer Coach
