For the first member spotlight of 2025, meet Tilly Parkins. Tilly is from Australia, and is an avid rock climber. She says, “from the moment I got into the sport, I was hooked”. At Johnson and Johnson, Tilly is the MedTech Sector Learn Lead. She has one foot in the med tech sector and one in global talent management. As the Global Lead, she has a lot on her plate, but credits her leadership and ability to lead through influence to her success.
