Even as a fitness coach, I will always train like an athlete Training for aesthetics is cool but whats the point if you don’t have a strong, more functional body? The 5 main reasons why training like an athlete is good👇🏾 1. Power - becoming explosive enhances your fast twitch muscle fibers, allowing you to move quicker and more dynamically. 2. Functional Strength - I believe this is the most important because this builds strength that translates into real life movements. 3. Injury Prevention - I honestly can’t remember the last time I had a serious injury that hinder my performance in the gym and that’s because my joints and ligaments are stable and strong. 4. Stronger Core/Stability - develops core strength which supports every moment and protects your back. 5.
