choc chip banana bread recipeā“
- 2 mashed ripe bananasā£
- 1 tsp vanilla extract ā£
- 2 eggsā£
- 1/4 c melted coconut oilā£
- 1/2 c honeyā£
whisk together in a bowl. ā£
- 1 1/2 c flourā£
- 1/4 tsp saltā£
- 1 tsp cinnamonā£
- 1 tsp baking sodaā£
- 1/2 c roughly chopped walnuts (+ more for topping)ā£
combine everything except walnuts in separate bowl. then stir in wet ingredients. then fold in walnuts. pour into greased loaf dish, top with more handfuls of walnuts. bake 45-48 mins at 350 F or until toothpick comes out clean, let cool, & enjoy :)
