David L’13 who was unanimously confirmed for a 12-year term as Vice Chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery, following nearly two years of service as a Magistrate. She succeeds her mentor, Vice Chancellor Sam Glasscock III, who retired in January 2025. Before joining the Court, Bonnie practiced at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, focusing on deal litigation, corporate statutory proceedings, and contract disputes.
