Sara Price: The first woman to compete and win in the SCORE International Trophy Truck Spec Championship at the Baja 1000 as an IronWoman!
The prestigious Baja 1000 is known across the world as one of the toughest, most grueling races in all of motorsport. Racers navigate approximately 1000 (give or take a few hundred) unforgiving miles through the rugged, mixed terrain of the Baja California Peninsula in Mexico—and Price did it without stopping!
In 2019, Price entered the Baja 1000 as an Ironwoman, meaning that she would race the entire 800 miles without leaving her post behind the wheel. She and her navigator, Erica Sacks, drove an impressive race. Price pushed her Trophy Truck for nineteen hours and twenty-eight minutes into an incredible second place, successfully securing her spot as the SCORE International 2019 Trophy Truck Spec.
