Customers can bring their empty ULTIMUNE bottles, where they are cleaned in a sanitation-controlled environment before being refilled. This new service is built upon the MOTTAINAI pillar - our drive and commitment to carry out environmental initiatives to reuse, recycle, reduce, replace with respect. five Rs Step 1: Drop off empty bottles at the dedicated counter.
