Focus on what feels right for your baby and your family. ❤️⁠ ⁠ 👶 Babies typically show signs they’re ready for solids between 4-6 months. Here’s what to look for:⁠ ✅ Good head and neck control⁠ ✅ Ability to sit upright with minimal support⁠ ✅ Interest in food (like eyeing down your dinner 🍕👀)⁠ ✅ Reaching for a spoon or opening their mouth when you offer food⁠ ⁠ Some babies aren’t ready until closer to 6 months—and that’s totally fine.
