Transforming our 1990s brick colonial into the home of our dreams has been a labor of love and hard work. š”⨠After over 20 years in our home, I finally mustered the courage to paint the brick, a decision Iād been contemplating but hesitant to make. Why paint the brick, you ask? Letās take it back to the 18th century when painted brick was the belle of the ball. Brick was revered, but letās be honest, not all bricks are born equal. Some were irregular, discolored, just downright unattractive. So what did our ancestors do? They painted them!
So hereās to being bold, to taking risks, and to making your dreams come true, no matter how unconventional they may seem. Because at the end of the day, itās not about whatās āinā, itās about what feels like home. š„
