· 4 Keto Culture Baking Hamburger Buns
· 2 cups of sliced strawberries
· 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
· 1/4 cup of powdered erythritol & monkfruit sweetener, divided, plus more for garnish
· 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Start by putting the sliced strawberries in a medium-sized bowl with 2 Tablespoons of powdered sweetener. Mix the strawberries and sweetener well and set it aside to let the sweetener dissolve while you keep cooking.
