3οΈβ£ Eliminate hidden sugars π« β like brown rice syrup in protein bars, which can spike blood sugar and lead to energy crashes.
4οΈβ£ Cut out seed oils π± β because they can cause inflammation and slow us down, which I definitely feel in my body.
5οΈβ£ No screens an hour before bed π β because blue light messes with melatonin, making it harder to get the quality of sleep our bodies need to thrive.
When I stopped running on empty, everything changed. β¨
