Potchke means “to make a fuss”, “to dwaddle”, “to waste time” — and that is exactly what they do in the kitchen! Potchke is one of the only Jewish Delis in the entire state, and it all started when Laurence & Emily were celebrating shabbat together and made Challah & Babka from scratch, posted it on Instagram, and boom!! —— everyone wanted to buy it! They decided to take this bakery pop up business and make it into an authentic Jewish deli experience.
