Don’t get me wrong—I still throw in sit-ups from time to time (I love weighted decline sit ups) because being able to get yourself up is important, especially as we age! But slowing down and connecting your breath to your core is key for building real strength. It also helps with low back pain, improves posture, and so much more! 💪🏼
