Protesters gathered outside Portland City Hall on Monday, Feb. 17, 2025, for a Presidents Day demonstration against the Trump administration. The gathering began at noon, with marchers crossing the Morrison Bridge to the east side, carrying signs condemning President Donald Trump and his appointed liaison, billionaire Elon Musk, for mass firings of federal employees.
