Artificial Intelligence, as a term, feels like it's become a bit reductive. At least, the intelligence part of the phrase. There's a certain coldness to the word intelligence, perhaps intentionally ascribed now, but intelligence implies something resembling us - right? A thinking being, that has the capacity for logic and problem solving and thoughts and emotion. I want you to meet Sylv.ie. A synthetic woman, programmed to fulfill the desire of her Husband. A female AI. An object whose very existence prompts a discussion about whether women are born, or if women are made. Have you read The Hierarchies?
